Andy Rice

The Head Coach and Owner of Relentless Strength and Conditioning. He is a Certified Personal Trainer, Level 1 Crossfit Trainer, USAW Level 1 Performance Coach.

Since 2006,  Andy has worked with countless young athletes helping them take their fitness and athleticism to the next level. He consistently attends seminars to further his education on all aspects of Strength and Conditioning including Nutrition, Mobility, KettleBells, and training with odd objects.  Andy is also a Special Education Teacher in the Greece Central School District and the head coach of the Greece Thunder High School Hockey team.  

Andy grew up in Rochester playing hockey and soccer for elite travel hockey teams and premier soccer organizations. He continued his athletic career playing College Hockey and Soccer at SUNY Geneseo. As a fitness and nutrition enthusiast he takes pride in practicing what he preaches.  


Peter Browne

Coming from Albany, NY Peter attended SUNY Brockport to get bachelors degree's in both Exercise Science & Kinesiology while participating in Soccer and Lacrosse. His love for Fitness comes from an interest in bettering his own injuries and self through years of athletics. He has completed a 6 month internship in fitness training working with all populations such as young children, adults of any age or fitness level, and exceptional athletes. Over the last 3 years as an ACSM personal trainer, Peter has worked with both young athletes and adults, figuring out new ways to improve human movement. Peter has become our Adult Program Director and has shown an ability in creating fast paced, well rounded, ever changing and effective 60 minute classes that adults love.
