ANDY RICE Lead On and Off Ice Instructor:

The Head Coach and Owner of Relentless Strength and Conditioning. He is a Certified Personal Trainer, Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, and USAW Level 1 Performance Coach.

Since 2006, Andy has worked with countless young athletes helping them take their fitness and athleticism to the next level. He consistently attends seminars to further his education on all aspects of Strength and Conditioning including Nutrition plans, Mobility, Kettlebells, and training with odd objects.  Andy is also a Special Education Teacher in the Greece Central School District and the head coach of the Greece Thunder High School Hockey team.  

Andy grew up in Rochester NY playing hockey and soccer for elite travel hockey teams and premier soccer organizations. He continued his athletic career playing College Hockey and Soccer at SUNY Geneseo. As a fitness and nutrition enthusiast he takes pride in practicing what he preaches.

AIDAN ELDRIDGE

Strength Coach for Relentless Strength and Conditioning. Graduated with his Bachelor's in Exercise Science from SUNY Brockport in 2020, while anticipating his DPT in 2025.

Aidan has experience working with all ages in almost every setting. With five years of experience working at the YMCA as a counselor and countless hours working in the gym setting, he is able to combine both his passion for exercise at gyms and working with others. Placing the athletes and clients first, he not only enjoys helping others, but looks forward to helping them to achieve fitness and continual power.

DAVID POWLOWSKI

A native of Rochester, NY, grew up playing AAA youth hockey winning 3 state championships and a national bronze medal. He made USA National Camp his 14 and 17 years, and was all-county in high school playing in 2 Bowman Cup All-Star games for Team Rochester.

He was listed on the 2012 NHL Central Scouting Draft List before being drafted in the USHL. He played most of his Jr A hockey in the NAHL with the Wenatchee Wild on the west coast playing 145 games where he served as an assistant captain. He then returned home to play 4 years of NCAA college hockey at Nazareth College where he majored in Biomedical Sciences, was awarded NCAA National player of the week, and was the leading scorer his junior and senior years. He later went on to sign his first pro contract with the Idaho Steelheads of the ECHL, an affiliate of the Dallas Stars, and ended in the Southern Pro league averaging a half a point a game with the Macon Mayhem in 2020.

Since playing, he now works in healthcare sales and has stayed in the game as a trainer. He assists Relentless Hockey as a player development coach and completed his first head coaching season with the Monroe County Eagles Squirt Minor Travel team. The squirt team won 3 tournament championships and their league championship, while competing with the best teams in NY.

J.R. WOJEIECHOWSKI

A native of Lapeer, MI grew up playing through the travel and AAA ranks of Detroit, MI before earning himself a spot on the Kindersley Klippers of Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League. J.R. spent one season in the SJHL before moving to Rochester, NY to play for the Jr. American of USPHL. J.R. was then recruited to play for Nazareth College where he enjoyed a successful 4 year career, earning himself multiple accolades including UCHC defensive player of the year for the 2018-2019 season. After completing his senior season, J.R. enjoyed a brief stint with the Norfolk Admirals of the East Coast Hockey League before returning to graduate school to complete his Doctoral degree in physical therapy. Since retiring from competitive hockey, J.R. has served as a graduate assistant coach at the NCAA level for Nazareth College as well as a youth skills instructor for Relentless Hockey. Outside of the hockey rink, J.R. works as a physical therapist in the outpatient orthopedic setting and is pursuing various related certifications.
